“No Refusal” Checkpoints Now In Arizona

Due to the 4th admendment right of no illegal search and seizure, this very type checkpoint should be challanged. Essentially this is a total police state that we now live in here in America.

Law enforcement can now get warrants on the spot issued from a standby judge. These warrants even allow law enforcement to now jab you in the arm with a needle on the spot.

If we do not act now and stand up to this, it will just be another win for the police state gaining more and more traction every year.

Who knows? Pretty soon we might all end up in cages.

TUCSON – The week between Christmas and New Year’s is a traditional time for celebration and parties.

Unfortunately, it’s also a traditional time for drunk driving. Now, the federal government is urging states to use a new tactic – a “no refusal weekend.”

If a driver refuses a breathalyzer test while driving through a sobriety checkpoint, a judge will be standing by, ready to sign a search warrant for an immediate blood sample. A nurse can then take a sample on the spot.

Wake up and speak up now while you still can!
