Domestic National Guard Are Being Used To Fight Bogus Drug War, While U.S. Troops Protect Afghanistan Opium Fields

(something is terribly wrong here . . . hoping for the best is not working . . . those who decide to believe the lies are becoming just as polarized as those who are starting to "get it" . . . )

Fox 23 News in Albany, New York is reporting that the National Guard is providing equipment and training to local police.

In the meantime, Geraldo Rivera reports that National Guard troops are helping Afghans grow opium, that will end up on the streets of US cities

Geraldo Rivera talks to troops in Afganistan about the cultivation of opium poppies for C.I.A. black operations.

Ahmed Wali Karzai, the brother of Afghanistan's president, has been on the CIA's payroll since 2001 even though he's widely believed to be a narco-trafficker, it was reported Tuesday.

ClA-supported Mujahedeen rebels [now, 2001, part of the "Northern Alliance"] engaged heavily in drug trafficking while fighting against the Soviet-supported government and its plans to reform the very backward Afghan society.

Any enterprising individual of reasonable intelligence, using a minimum of Google research skills, could have determined that the drug trade out of Afghanistan has skyrocketed since late 2001, shortly after the U.S. removed the Taliban from power and installed Hamid Karzai as its puppet. If the Times had been a little bit bolder, they might have written something like this:

The C.I.A is complicit in the illegal drug trade in Afghanistan, but this should surprise no one, as a peek at the historical record demonstrates drug complicity has become routine.

The Golden Crescent drug trade, launched by the CIA in the early 1980s, continues to be protected by US intelligence, in liaison with NATO occupation forces and the British military. In recent developments, British occupation forces have promoted opium cultivation through paid radio advertisements.

"Respected people of Helmand. The soldiers of ISAF and ANA do not destroy poppy fields," it said. "They know that many people of Afghanistan have no choice but to grow poppy. ISAF and the ANA do not want to stop people from earning their livelihoods."

It’s been widely speculated that Ahmed Wali Karzai, the brother of President Hamid Karzai, is deep into the drug game. Peters told me there’s no question. “I’ve been shown intelligence reports indicating he’s worked with a major drug trafficker connected to the Taliban and al-Qaeda,” she said. That would be Haji Juma Khan, the “Pablo Escobar of South Asia,” whom Peters describes as moving up to $1 billion worth of opiates annually.

National guard in Kingman Arizona. Violation of Posse Comitatus. Welcome to Police State!
Kingman AZ, National Guard performing "police" duty, providing "security' and directing traffic, as Americans are incrementally acclimated to accept the presence of troops on the streets as an everyday occurrence.

The Posse Comitatus Act severely limits the power of the President to deploy troops within the United States.

For troops to be deployed, within the United States a condition has to exist that, “(1) So hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws. In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.”
